A gentle trail at the foot of the Opies, allowing easy sightings of all the rare or typical species of the Alpilles: Bonelli’s Eagle, Southern Grey Shrike, Eurasian Eagle Owl, European Roller, Blue Rock Thrush, Black-eared Wheatear, Short-toed Snake Eagle

Best period : Throughout the year, at dawn, in the morning or at dusk for better listening and viewing. Late in the day in winter for sightings of Eurasian Eagle Owl
Information : On this walk you may encounter a flock of sheep with a guard dog nearby, called a “Patou”. In order not to disturb them, please do not approach or make sudden movements, and keep dogs on a lead.
